We now offer a Virtual Sales Consultation:
Through the use of video conferencing, Clawson Heating & Air Conditioning is now offering the option for a virtual sales consultation. Through our virtual offering, you will connect with our team of experts to discuss your current situation and needs, what you are looking for, and we’ll provide you with a recommendation and a proposal. If all looks good, we will schedule a time to come out and perform the work!
How Much does it cost?
For a Virtual Sales Presentation, we won’t have a charge. Just like a Free In-home Consultation.
How does it work?
- To get started - Fill out the form on this page and request a Virtual Sales Appointment. If you’ve already been in contact with our team, your Sales Lead Coordinator can offer Virtual Sales Appointment as an option.
- We will then confirm your scheduled appointment day and time and provide you with a Zoom Link for our meeting. With this email, we will include a list of instructions & necessary components like a Webcam, and phone/computer audio options to assure that we are able to see and hear each other. This will be sent out prior to the appointment (usually 24 hrs in advance)
- The appointment is handled just like any other "in-person appointment" - however, We may ask you to take your device, if mobile, to certain places in your house where the system resides so we can get a good idea of what we are replacing.
- During the call, we will share our screen with you and walk through our equipment options as well as our recommendations.
- Finally, we will review a proposal for the equipment options that you like best, and then we will send you a copy of this proposal via email.
Follow up steps:
- To move forward with the process, you will sign and send the proposal back for approval.
- Once we have your approval we will schedule a time for our installation team to come out and complete the installation and or replacement process of your equipment!
